Save, O Lord, and have mercy upon: my spiritual father (name), my parents (names), my relatives, supervisors, teachers, and benefactors (names), and all Orthodox Christians. (bow)

Deliver them from every affliction, wrath, and need, (bow)

and from every sickness of soul and body. (bow)

Forgive them every transgression, voluntary and involuntary, (bow)

and do what is profitable for our souls. (bow)
